A Message from Pastor Kenton

Christmas is almost here and I’m so excited to celebrate with you.

The choir has been practicing, the decorations are up, and it will be beautiful.

But it’s way more than that.

The bigger truth of Christmas is more powerful and meaningful than family traditions and seasonal folklore. God’s gift of Jesus demonstrates His love and desire for relationship with us. Celebrating the birth of His Son reminds us that He came near and continues to come near to every one of us.

We are not alone.

This time of year, people are open spiritually and are looking for meaning and purpose. As you make your plans for Christmas services, think about the people you can bring who need to hear the hope of Christmas (that’s pretty much everyone, right?).

Get all the info for our services here.

Our church office will be open the week after Christmas but will be running with a slim crew so many on our staff can enjoy some rest and fun with their families.

Our accounting department will be accepting year-end gifts through Friday, December 30, and any received at the Saturday, December 31 service will be credited to your 2011 giving.

You can also give online through the end of the year.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you the HOPE that is Jesus. The HOPE that is ours through God’s incredible gift.

Merry Christmas!

Grace and Truth,

Kenton
